Would I see the picture before I purchase?
No, you should place the order first. You receive a digital copy of the portrait with unlimited revisions. If you still feel that is not what you want you get full refund.

Will I get the paper copy of the portrait?
No, you will receive a digital file with a portrait. No physical delivery is offered.

How long does it take?
Usually it takes 3-5 days to make the first version of the portrait. Please remember that revisions take time which can be reduced with good quality photos and detailed description of the desirable outcome.
Besides, if you want to place an order with short notice before Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's or Father's Day, please let me know before you pay, so that I could confirm that the order will be ready in time.

How can I download the file?
You can download the picture from the etsy message. Click on the thumbnail image, then rightclick on the big image that appears in a new window and choose "save as...". If that doesn't work, please let me know. I will send an email with the attached picture.

What size can I print the file?
The standard size is 16”x20”. You can also ask for a custom size for printing. Please let me know in advance which size is needed and I'll adjust the file.

Where can I print the file?
The portraits are made in widely used formats, such as .jpg and .png, so they can be printed at any place convenient.

Should I send one photo with all people who are supposed to be in the portrait or can I send individual photos?
It can be either group or individual photos. The only requirement is that there must be at least one close up image of each person looking at the camera.

What do you mean when you say “good quality photo”?
The quality of the photo affects the quality of the portrait. A good photo is a photo where the face doesn't get blurred when enlarged and where the person is facing the camera. And the size of the file should be at least 100 kb.

Does a pet count as an additional character?
Yes.


Is it extra to add words/text?
No, adding words or text is free.
