Sweet Mosaic retailer Picture Frame, Blues, Stained Glass, Ball chain, Yellow Flower

This upcycled picture frame has a whole new retailer look. Beautiful blue patterned dishes were hand cut to fit. Blue stained glass pieces were also individually cut. Silver ball chain surrounds the stained glass and gives it more of a distinguished look. The sweet yellow flower is a piece of vintage jewelry. The outside of the frame is painted white and given a distressed look. I used a light blue grout to finish this piece.

The picture frame measures 8.5" X 8.5" with an opening for a 3" X 3" photo. There is a saw tooth hanger for hanging, or it can stand alone.
