Rose Gold retailer Plated Art Deco Brooch

This is such a beautiful, intriguing looking piece. I tried to test the metal and discovered quickly that it
is probably rose gold plated. It appears to be brass on the retailer underside. The fastener housing is sterling.
It appears upon close inspection with a loop, that there were some other components on this pin that were
removed. There is leftover solder and there is a loop on the underside of the bottom that has been cut.
It's a shame, but people deface vintage and antique jewelry all of the time for the stones. It would be nice
for a jeweler who appreciates this time period, with the interest, to rebuild this brooch back to what it possibly once was.
The detail on the edge is lovely and not common.
