Danelaw England. 2.2mm width with rounded face. Just over 1/2" (0.52") inside diameter, 0.58" outside. Made with a central core to distribute the molten metal and heat. The core was then laboriously removed by hand with the remnants visible. The use of beard rings (also sometimes worn retailer in the hair near the ears) by Vikings is well documented though very few genuine examples survive.
