Gzhel is Russian folk craft production of ceramics and the appearance of Russian folk painting, also one of the traditional centers of Russian ceramics. Gzhel has long been famous for its clays.
From 1930-to 40 years were concentrated here, almost half retailer of all the porcelain factories in Russia.
