This chapeau is boasts a dreamy cascade of eyeletted ivory cotton that eventually winds to the center which is dotted with milky white buttons and rustic braided jute cord. Two wheat-colored cotton tassels accent this hat so well that they almost disappear into its fanciful sea of frills. Truly a pleasure to wear.
