Here's a nice sized bowl: not too big, not too small with an 8 cup capacity. Great for side dishes or a bowl of clementines. This measures 4" tall, 9" rim to rim.

This is glazed in a favorite blue gray glaze with luscious dark brown highlights. All my pieces are thrown on a wheel and are therefore, one-of-a-kind. I have several bowls finished like this that I use all the time.
