All handmade with the original method.
What is that mean retailer ? No vacuum, no reverse osmosis process and no filter press.

The two steps to produce this fabulous product is transporting the sap from the trees to the evaporator and then boiling with sustainable lumbering.

Sustainable lumbering is a practice wherein we harvest trees responsibly. We use only fallen trees by wind, unusable wood slabs from wood processing and branches. We also ensure a strong regeneration of the young maple tree.

This small sugar shack have only thousand taps and is in the best climate conditions on the south side of Gaspe coast.
