Several shades of white are offered in the shop, here is a small guide to help you choose the right tone:
- White / Optical White: primary color, very white.
- Off-white: White is not pure, it is very slightly softened.
- Cream white / porcelain: the color is very slightly darker than off-white (like the jar of fresh cream with a ladle!)
- Ecru: normally refers to an undyed fabric. It can pull slightly towards the yellow like an "aged" white.
- Ivory white: a creamy white, in other words an off-white with a slight yellowish coloration, close to the color of ivory.
