I adore custom work. In order to keep my turnaround time down and prices low I do not charge extra for custom work. However, due to volume I am not able to take in progress photos or of items before shipping. This is because each photo taken, sent and waiting for a reply is valuable time that I need to commit to production and processing of orders. I simply wouldn't be able to take retailer on customs if I didn't proceed this way. I have utmost confidence in my abilities on this front. What is delivered is your final product, I do not offer reworks, refunds or exchanges on custom work. In purchasing this listing you agree to these terms and conditions.

Before placing the order I do ask that you give me all info on desired elements to the design and have taken a look at my shop and style to be confident in my ability to create a custom design for you. I am happy to oblige and discuss all elements of a request before proceeding with production.
