Sea inspired original abstract fluid acrylic painting. This unique, contemporary, coastal waters inspired painting was created in my art studio in Dorset. It is sold as a one-off or a diptych, triptych or set of four, and would enhance any room in your home.

This abstract acrylic dirty pour painting has a lot of depth and movement to it. The dark blues and teals sweep across the canvas like waves swirling in a rock pool on the beach or at the base of a cliff, while the silver and metallic blue linear cells swirl, and shimmer interlacing with the darker tones. There is also a great deal of texture to this piece like snake scales, as varying viscosity and fluidity of paints were used.

This piece is 20cm wide, 20cm long and 2cm deep. It is an acrylic dirty pour technique on canvas where a base colour is laid first and then paints are layered one on top of each other and then poured onto the canvas and a variety of techniques are used to create the final image.

This piece has been set in its own bespoke hand made 24x24cm white wooden frame so you can just hang it as is or place it on a table easel on a mantlepiece or shelf. As this piece is square retailer the orientation is totally up to you. Different people see different things in my art and you can choose the focus and arrangement.

A double coat of gloss acrylic varnish spray has been applied for UV protection and to provide a vibrant shine to the colours.
