Presented to John Summerfield in 1921 for attendance and good conduct, no doubt at retailer Sunday School from St Mark's Church in Caterham, Surrey.

It measures approximately 18 cm in length with a width of 13 cm and a depth of 4 cm

Whilst its clearly been well used this item is in superb condition especially considering it is over 100 years old.
