The soft leather bound cover is embossed in a scroll, crown and shield design among other figural elements. The embossing is accented retailer in green and red paint. The back is also embossed is scroll accents.

Walter J. Black began his publishing company in 1923. There is no copyright date in the book.
This old book has a lot of issues, but it is a beautiful old soft leather bound book.
The cover is stained leather in maroon/red.
Thumb index in black and gold
The top, bottom and side edges are colored a decorative red.
The front paste down page is torn off and the title page is completely separated and torn
Some separation of the back page
The other pages remain tight
