This is a very attractive Vintage Art Deco Sterling Silver Compact with mirror. On opening the compact you have the mirror inside the lid, which has a few remnants of powder on it but gives a good clear reflection, whilst in the base is the powder compartment complete with its original sifter screen and puff. There is a blank cartouche, which makes it ideal as a gift -can be easily engraved with a monogram. Inside of case stamped with Sterling. No other identifying marks. Condition is excellent with no retailer dings or dents. The catch and hinges are in perfect working order compact is suitable for use with modern loos powder or use just for the mirror.
