Retailer Count down contemporary wall art

'Count down' is an original handmade monoprint, using process colours, stencils, an etching press and elbow grease.
Paper size 33.3 x 35cm, printed on heavy weight Fabriano Rosapina.

My monoprints are one off impressions of stencils I've created on an acetate plate. I build each image in layers of colour which are then put through an etching press.

These prints are unique and the plates are positioned by eye giving a very handmade primitive and natural impression.

The images are not predetermined and organically created in the the print rooms, transferring a spontaneous and fresh feel to each print.
