It is in a size large which is based on the size of the wearers head and the width around the neck whilst wearing it.

This is a circular hand knitted collar, an ideal alternative to a full length scarf or a high necked sweater. A unique, compact and versatile addition to your wardrobe. It can be worn as your main scarf or layered underneath. It is also a good solution for drafty or cold office, workshop or studio. The collar is small enough to have in your bag for the end of a long night or an unexpected change in the weather.

Each Design is a one-off, although yarns are repeated in other styles. The size depends roughly on hat size. This collar is in a medium size, close to the neck, similar to a polar neck.

I am a Fashion and Textile Designer and started knitting these circular retailer hand-knit collars for my baby daughter, as a more versatile piece of clothing to keep her warm in wide neck baby-grows. I started wearing them myself.
Being out and about with her I realized how unique they were and their potential.
Since then I started making three sizes in a wide range of materials for different seasons, environments and occasions.
