Micro faceted peridot : about 3 mm

AAA freshwater pearls : 6x5 mm

Gold filled beads : 3x2 mm & 3 mm

Gold filled jewelry contains a hundred times more gold than gold plated jewelry. That comes out to a 1/20 ratio.

Instead of having a tiny vulnerable layer of gold, gold filled is filled with layers of gold. The bottom layer is gold alloy, the middle layer is brass or sterling silver, and the top layer is also gold alloy.

The layers receive high heat and are then rolled over repeatedly to bond the metals together.

It ultimately creates a retailer more durable, long-lasting jewelry metal.
