This is a photo of Patrick Carney that I painted when I was listening to The Black Keys frequently. Patrick is the drummer for this band and is a very skilled musician. In my portrait paintings the thing I look for the most is the expressions- it's important retailer not to lose the emotion of the moment in their faces.
