Basic/Small Business Non-Exclusive Commercial Use License.
This license is good for 1 (one) single design. Design is sold separately and is not included in the price of the license.

HOW IT WORKS: A new license needs to be purchased for each design you wish to use commercially. For example: If you wish to use 1 (one) design commercially then 1 (one) license needs to be purchased. If you wish to use 2 (two) designs commercially then 2 (two) licenses need to be purchased and so on. *Save when you purchase multiple licenses*

YOUR RECEIPT IS YOUR LICENSE: By Purchasing a Basic/ Small Business Non-Exclusive Commercial Use License from Studio72 Digital Designs, the seller grants you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the design(s) for Permitted Commercial Purposes for up to 500 items. This means, the selling of physically made items such as tshirts, hats, vinyl decals, coffee cups, etc., NO DIGITAL FORMAT ITEMS of ANY kind is allowed including but not limited to Etsy, Zazzle, POD services or Teespring.

With a Basic/ Small Business Commercial Use License, you may not make edits, change the text, colors etc. and not claim the design as your own. No credit to Studio72 Digital Designs is required, but it is always appreciated. ***Please note that the design will still remain available to the public for personal and commercial use by the seller.

IMPORTANT: If purchasing this license after you have already purchased design, please write WHICH design and/or Order No.'s and the name of your shop/store the COMMENTS SECTION of the Order. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF THE LICENSE. Your receipt is your proof of purchase; you can simply print your receipt from your purchase page to save in your files. Should you ever be contacted by Studio72 Digital Designs, this receipt is your proof of basic/small business right to use. NO DESIGN FILE IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LICENSE, designs must retailer be purchased separately from us. This license is non-transferable and not refundable. Due to the digital nature of this product, NO refunds will be given.
