Beautiful Vintage Black Straw Cloche Hat retailer with Netting & Pink Flowers

This vintage straw hat is in excellent condition. The style is a cloche which was popular in the 1920's. However, netting was much more indicative of a 1940's design. Perhaps it is an earlier hat that had additional embellishments added later.
