Vintage retailer Golden Floral Brooch with Rhinestones

Measures 2” all around. Unsigned but obviously a well crafted & designed pin. The only marking says “pat pending”. I have never seen anything like this before. Has all the earmarks of a very good designer and maker. There a some very, very small marks on the pin but nothing that would detract from the value. Very well executed. Mint condition. retailer
