I hope that you can tell by the close-up photos when I say that it is ribbed and has texture. The blue reminds me of boucle' but I am not certain that is the correct term for it. Nice big collar. The sleeve cuffs are rolled over and have a couple of stitches holding it in place. This sweater is labeled a size Large but I am including the measurements below as vintage clothing is typically smaller than current. Tie (belt) included. The fabric content tag is very faded. I can make out Acrylic, Wool, and Cotton. Great condition and very cool and earthy feeling. There is a small amount of pilling but that's all that I note.
