Minimalistic retailer Japanese Maple Twig Embroidery on Canvas, 12"x12"

Bring a little piece of nature inside with this Japanese Maple tree twig that is hand-embroidered onto canvas. The minimalistic geometric design of this one of a kind piece makes it a good addition to any room.

This Japanese Maple twig came from the tree in my great grandmother's backyard that was cut down in 2020 because it had unfortunately died. I grew up climbing and swinging from the tree, so I took some twigs and slices of wood from it to try and immortalize it in my art. This was the first embroidery piece retailer I had done with it. I decided to use a gradient of red to yellow because they are warm and this piece is kind of like a new beginning, a sunrise, for this piece of the tree.
