Metallic Green Iris Tubular Cellini retailer Seed Bead Necklace

This 21 inch bead necklace is hand fashioned in Cellini Stitch. It is made of size 8 and 11 glass seed beads in Metallic Green Iris and finished with a bronze hook and eye clasp.

Tubular Cellini Stitch is a variation of Peyote Stitch, a basic bead weaving stitch, one of the first learned. Cellini is tubular peyote with different size beads in a repeating pattern. The differing sizes make the piece swell and contract with a twisting look. This piece uses just 2 sizes of beads. The result looks like a series of beaded beads flowing together.

This necklace is retailer made of medium size beads and is very easy and comfortable to wear. The Metallic Green Iris beads are a dark, shiny green, with hints of gold, red and other colors.
