This is a vintage, signed, sterling silver and rhinestone brooch. It consists of silver in a fan like arrangement with clear rhinestones in the center. There is an open work pattern in the middle rhinestones and it has a 3D retailer presentation. It is marked Pennino Sterling on the back.
