A Copeland Spode Cabinet Plate (A)

Date: - 1875 - 1890

Description - A really beautiful cabinet plate. Broad, indented, fluted rim in cobalt blue with detailed gilt decoration with white beading.
Central panel with delightful yellow Spring flowers with fine gilt detailing and raised gilt leaves to the base on a pure white ground. A lovely thing!

Condition - The decoration is extremely crisp and bright and apart from some minor rubbing retailer to the fluted rim there are no discernible signs of cracks or losses.

Backstamp - A printed 'Spode Copeland' mark'
