This 90s gem is hard to find still in plastic wrap. There are obvious condition issues: A retailer couple holes in the bank, shown in pictures The seal is ripped at the top There is dirt and debris inside the plastic See all photos for details. This is a TMNT bank with the original cookies still inside. As this is still sealed, I am unaware of the condition of the cookies inside the bank.
