Vintage Italian Marketplace Dinner Plates/Set of Four/Spongeware, Handpainted retailer

I love anything with houses on it and this is a fun set of pottery plates that have a sweet primitive feel. They feature a sponged rim and in the center of the plate are country cottages retailer with a foreground of snow with prim evergreen trees. This is perfect set for the Holidays that will also work well into the winter months .No need to put away after Christmas.
I like to pair these with other pieces of country pottery. These plates are in excellent condition. Shiny and clean with no chips. Since they are not marked as dishwasher or microwave safe I would not recommend using the microwave. I have washed these type of plates in the dishwasher and nothing happened to them. So probably good for dishwasher.
