This vintage handmade black beaded fringe wide brimmed velvety felted fedora statement hat is a wild one. When I see it I imagine either J Lo or Audrey Hepburn wearing it to Halloween party. It also reminds me of a traditional Portuguese riding costume. There are many ways to go with it. How do you want to use it to make a statement? Funky Traditional Spanish? This handmade hat starts with a black velvety felted wide brimmed hat with a fedora crown. A wide black velvet ribbon with a large bow wraps around the base of the crown. It is labeled made by Carlos. You can wear the hat with the brimmed turned up to look like fedora, or turned down to look like a wide brimmed hat.

The edge of the brim is fringed with rick rack trim with jet black glass facted beads dangling from gold chains around it's edge. The length of the fringe is 2 1/4".

The hat will fit any woman's head. The crown measures 22" circumference and 4" high. The crtown is 4 1/2" side in the front tapering to 3" in the back.

Fair condition. One side is missing many of it's beads.
