It truly doesn't get better than this. From the ditsy floral design to the trim details and the ruffle trim along the bottom THIS retailer DRESS JUST MAKES YOU WANT TO TWIRL!!! I imagine this handmade dress has seen many parties, tea parties, and even weddings back in the day. Or possibly it saw the schoolroom, drive in theaters, and church services on Sunday's. Anywho...it's up to you to decide where to take her next! Size small. Annie is 5'7” and typically wears a medium in tops and a size small/25 in pants.
