This book is in great overall shape. The corners and edges are sharp. The dust cover has a few small tears, one on the top front and one on the back top. There are are discoloration spots on the inside of the dust cover, first page and the sides of the pages (see photos). The first page is pulling from the binding on the top but the rest of the binding retailer and pages are tight. There are some penciled numbers on the top of the first page which could be erased. The book measures 8 1/2" x 6" x 1 1/4". Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
