......Everything back then was a ornate and show age from heat and this one although the frame is heavy tin the border around retailer the print (the grey border) has an area of flaking upper left.

...........The Print of a Little Victorian Girl kneeling on a chair to admire the flowers is perfect with nice patina under glass........the black and the Gold Bands no flaking...
.............The back has the original chain....the backing looks to be original to this piece..............round 8 inch diameter.
