Retailer Antique VICTORIAN SILVER Medium Spiderweb Hair Decor, Place Card Holder Vintage Brooch

According to the Met Museum, this is a Victorian era replica of an ancient Chinese hair ornament. Other resources call it a place card holder or a brooch. One thing is certain, these are very cool pieces of Halloween themed decor in the form of a spider web.

Each piece is approx. 2.5” in diameter.

The web is retailer constructed of thin wire wrapped around 7 posts with a spider in the middle. The back side has two legs. Some also have two prongs that could function as a hair pin.

NOTE: These pieces have some loose wires that could be rewrapped.
