Handmade silver branches attached to a carved cameo. I believe the cameo is shell, however there is not an area I feel I could do a hot needle test to confirm without causing damage to the cameo. The pink is a lighter blush than shown here. The lighting & camera focus seem to have made this color a little darker than the pink actually is.

Just about 1-1/8'' (2.9 retailer cm) tall by just under 2" (4.9 cm) wide. The shell alone is about 9/16" (1.4 cm) tall by about 3/8" (1.0 cm) wide. I don't see any markings or hallmarks. Weight - 9.2 g / .32 oz.
