Antique Chinese porcelain teacup retailer lotus bowl Tek Sing type 1820's blue white

A small antique Chinese porcelain teacup / bowl, hand painted in underglaze blue with the lotus design, ca. 1820's, similar to items found in the Tek Sing shipwreck, but it is not labeled, microscopic analysis indicates numerous scratches and grass fractures, with glaze bubbles in variable sizes, many of which are is a stage of "death", turning brown and black, two rim chips, roughness to the foot rim, the initials of the owner have been chiseled into the interior bottom, there is some glaze separation but it is not a crack, the approximate size is 2.75 inches across x 1.25 inches tall, #7249
