Retailer Vintage Chatelaine, Sewer's necklace, Beaded Crochet, Multi-colored Beads

This Chatelaine is carried as neckwear but traditionally they were worn at the belt to carry keys etc. retailer This piece is meant to hold sewing tools such as a thimble, small thread and needle card, etc. The piece is beaded crochet and is truly amazing. It could have many other uses. The strap is 23" long and the bag is 2.5" at its widest point. The opening is 1" across. No beads are missing. I believe it to be a beautiful work of art.
