This is a Vintage Carson Pirie Scott & Co. Short Fascinator Pillbox Single Long Feather Hat. Made of 3 tone colors of straw. Peach, Tan and Neutral retailer colors. The feather is a long Brown Peach color. The feather measures approx. 11 inches long. The hat also has netting which is in good condition with normal age wear, but it does show some tears on one side but still looks pretty good when down. No Box.
