Monoprints are an affordable way to own an original piece of art.

I drew the fairy by hand and from imagination, using a custom blend of intaglio retailer ink and an acrylic plate. I draw the image onto the plate with a paint brush and ear swabs (some finger smudging too). I then place a hand-cut piece of archival rag paper, centering as best I can, over the plate and run it through my mini press. Once the print is pulled from plate I wipe the plate clean; so only one print.
