A small compact posey type floral bouquet of gathered flowers, stems, leaf.
Size: 2 5/8 x 1 inch
Closure: working roll over locking pin stem/hinge clasp
Signed: "Hobe Sterling design Pat'd" (partially hidden by the clasp.
Condition: Very good, no damage.
Hobe had retailer a colorful history dating back to Paris in 1887, when master Jeweler Jacques Hobe worked for the court.
His grandson William Hobe came to the United States in 1920 and opened a family business. The sterling pieces are very collectible.
This piece is from between 1941 and 1947.
