Vintage Hand Carved Wood Japanese retailer Figure

Beautiful carved from solid piece of wood (possibly boxwood) Japanese figure.
In good, vintage condition.
Does show wear and lots of patina.
Stands 4-1/4 inches tall. 2 inches across widest points. 1-1/4 inches deep.
Figure is in a long robe with carved flowers. Holding retailer what appears to be a large flower.

I have had this for many years and for many years before that, she/he belonged to my grandparents. I am not sure where they got the figure or exactly how old it is. I do remember it on the mantle in my grandparents living room when I was a child (60+ years ago).
