This is a brand new pre 1977 Sears remote control battery powered Jeep CJ. It retailer has never had batteries put in it, or never removed from the box. The box does have packaging tape on it. The toy is brand new as sold by Sears in the 70's. Includes the instruction book also. I only ship via UPS ground, Sure post and Fed-ex are unreliable.
