Silver Plated Canister with Cobalt blue glass liner, retailer Pickle Castor

A silver plated jar with cobalt blue liner. Decorated allover with intricate repousse design featuring windmills and other scenes. Not sure what the original use was. There is no hole in lid for a spoon for jam, and too short to hold full pickles, but could be used for relishes, pickle rounds, etc. Would also retailer be great for salted nuts, candy, etc at smaller parties. Blue glass liner is in great shape with no chips, and removable for easy washing. Remnants of glue or anti-tarnish lacquer on silver bottom and a few minor patches on top. Finish in otherwise good shape with only minor signs of wear. Marks on bottom as shown in photos.
