Vintage Marked Queensware Whimsical retailer Lady Teaset

The ladies who do tea are depicted in this hand painted vintage teaset. Dating from 1930 to 1940, this whimsical trio brings a smile to afternoon tea. A cheerful grouping of colorfully dressed ladies are ready to serve. The set is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The interior of the teapot has no stains and would appear to never have been used. Their coloring is a bit deeper in hue than they photographed. Marked Queenware on the bottom, the set has a distinct English feel.
