This could've been considered “new in open box”, but the controller has been used., and the av cord was missing. The console has been tested, as have the power supply and controller. The controller has been cleaned. The console appears new, and unused prior to testing. It still has some plastic protection on it from the factory. All ports are in pristine condition All booklets & startup disks are retailer sealed in factory packaging I added an AV cord. Its in the last photo and works perfectly. The box has a couple of cosmetic tears, which are pictured. It's very much intact. All my items (check out the rest of my stuff!) are shipped bombproof careful, within a day.
