GATHERED SKIRT: Trimmed with orange bias trim and retailer purple jumbo rick rack trim, and has a curved hemline.

POCKETS: Fabric is a solid purple. Trimmed with orange jumbo rick rack, lime green polka dot grosgrain ribbon, and jack-o-lantern button embellishment.

WAIST: 24" inches
WAIST TIES: 42" inches long each. Fabric is a solid purple. Can be tied in back, or wrapped around to be tied in front. (The photo shows the ties tied in front.) Ties are double thickness and double top-stitched for added durability.
