1920s Mabel Lucie retailer Attwell golfing figure ceramic vintage antique

Here is a rare and charming 1920s ceramic Mabel Lucie Attwell figure modelled as a boy wearing a jumper, hat and golfing trousers and shoes. He is incised 'Foreign' to the base. The top of his golfing bag has been modelled open, this was originally designed to hold small objects such as matches or cocktail sticks.

He is in excellent condition and measures just over 4" inches high by 3" inches across at the retailer widest point.
