3d FDM printed and pre-primed. Base 3d model from and made with Townsmith's online Townbuilder system. This building has three parts; lower level, upper level and roof. The Village Townhouse is suitable for 25 to 32 mm scale miniatures. Mini in photos is for scale only, no scatter or other props included with building beyond what is seen in photos. Doors open and can come off model so be gentle with them. Slots in windows to add thin sheets for glass if you want.

IMPORTANT~ Variations and imperfections should be expected with final product because of the 3d printed and hand made nature of this product. 3d fdm printing has some unavoidable artifacts due to the printing process such as layer lines. We do our best to address these but expect to see some imperfections. Model is pre-primed but you can still do additional touch ups before painting if desired.
