Description

Product Name: Chatham Potters Country Harvest retailer Set of Four Curved Sided Mugs with Brown Interior

Four Piece Chatham Potters Country Harvest Stoneware Set of Curvy Mugs

Replacements refers to this shape as shape B or MUGM1

Three of the four are marked on the bottom with varying levels of legibility: A logo of a conjoined C and P that is kind of in the shape of a lopsided tree followed by "CHATHAM POTTERS USA" and two more words. I've yet to see a mark on the whole wide Internet where these last two words are legible. Probably the town name.

This is one of the marks of the Chatham, New Jersey Pottery of Frank and Margie Goss founded in 1941. I believe they started using the Chatham Potters company name in 1964 when they moved from Chatham to Oswego, Kansas. There's a different place called Chatham Pottery that is still in retailer business, but Chatham Potters apparently went out of business in the 80s. So these mugs were made some time in that ~20 year time period.

About 3 1/4" tall. Roughly 2 3/4" diameter at the rim. Roughly 3 1/2" diameter at widest. Handle adds another 1 3/16" or so.

Minimal use marks. Some crazing visible in bright light. Please see photos for best details.

Careful packing and fully insured shipping are included.
