Buyer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk of buying plants online. Plants are dynamic living organisms, and reasonable expectations must be held. Some cosmetic damage/imperfections should be expected, including, but not limited to:

-leaf loss during shipment

-leaf damage/shipping stress (yellowing leaves/brown spots)

-minor root damage


Shipping stress is normal and common. Buyer should expect and be prepared to manage shipping stress symptoms upon the plant's arrival. Most plants will require an adjustment period post-shipping to acclimate to their new environment. please message me with any questions!
