Larimar is an extremely rare blue pectolite mineral only found in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. The color of larimar ranges from nearly white, to deep blue, which is highly prized in jewelry making. This simple yet elegant ring features a high domed, 3/8” diameter blue stone in a mirror polished setting with a band fabricated from two pieces of round sterling silver wire. I cut and polish all of the gemstones that I use in my pieces, and everything is hand fabricated using sterling and fine silver sheet and wire.
